Skiing in Rib Mountain is great fun. Skiable area in the resort is 275 acres with a total of 74 runs. Base elevation of the ski resort is 1,242 meters and summit elevation reaches to 1,942 meters. Vertical drop of the resort reads 700 meters. The runs are equally distributed for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. There are total six ski lifts in the resort that carry tourists to the main ski area. Ski season in Rib Mountain commences in December and ends in April.
