Diamond Peak

Diamond Peak is an uncrowded and tranquil ski resort where hard-core skiers can avoid the bustle of most ski resorts of the Lake Tahoe area.

It is located on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe . The terrains are perfect for intermediate and advanced skiers. However, the general calm and tranquility of the resort make it a good destination for a regular family vacation as well.

Most of the 30 trails of the resort cater to intermediate and advanced skiers. They are served by a network of six lifts and open in to a ski area of 655 acres. Diamond Peak gets moderate snowfall, but the snow is usually dependable. Diamond Peak provides with fabulous downhill ski facilities and equally good cross-country ski trails. The frozen Lake Tahoe offers great opportunities for family skiing.

Diamond Peak is wonderfully scenic. He views of Lake Tahoe are simply breathtaking and the stay in the nearby village of Incline can be a soothing retreat into an earthly paradise.

Diamond Peak is only 27 miles from Reno , Nevada. Alongside the big deluxe hotels, the village provides cozy accommodation for the visitors. The village recreation center features wonderful entertainments to unwind like bowling and golf. The night life is quiet and serene near the lake, but happening and vibrant in Reno . The season lasts from mid-December to mid-April.
