Badger Mountain Ski Resort , run by volunteers, serves the community of Waterville,Washington. The ski tracks of the resort cater to skiers of all levels.
The highest peak of Badger Mountain Ski Resort has a summit elevation of about 3,800 feet with a vertical drop of 800 feet. 20 acres of area is dedicated to skiing. There are a total of five ski tracks, the longest being 1,700 feet. The runs are served by three lifts, which include two Rope Tows and one T Bar. The lifts have a capacity to transfer about 1,800 skiers every hour.
Amateurs and beginners have the choice of training themselves to perfection at the ski school of Badger Mountain . There are miles and miles of open terrain that support other activities like snowboarding, snow tubing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.
