Morillon

Morillon , a French ski resort and a part of the Grand Massif ski area , is located in southern France in the Haute-Savoie department.

The place offers one of the best skiing conditions in the country. The ski resort in Morillon is located at an altitude of 700 metres. As it is a part of the Grand Massif ski area , Morillon Ski Resort can provide 256 kilometers of pistes for downhill skiing. There are 131 pistes that can be availed in the ski area. Morillon Ski Resort , however, has 85 pistes itself. These slopes are served by 48 ski lifts. There are also 95 kilometres of cross country trails in the resort.

The Morillon Ski Resort has its season from the month of December to April. The main skiing location in Morillon is the modern ski centre named the Morillon 1100 . The resort hosts snow shoeing as well as torch light descents. There is also a snow park for the entertainment of the skiers. The ski hiring facility allows the skiers to rent the skis and other necessary skiing equipments. There is also a ski school and two crèches inside the ski resort .
