Les Sybelles is one of the most remote and serene ski resorts of France . However, it is taking the shape of one of the largest ski areas of France as it is all set to encompass six ski resorts within its boundary.
The Les Sybelles Ski Resort encompasses a piste length of 300 kilometers. It includes 51 easy ski runs, 35 intermediate ski runs and seven advance ski runs. There is a network of 66 ski lifts to keep a connection between all these ski runs. Of these ski lifts, there are 22 chairlifts and 44 drag lifts. The 193 snow cannons posted in the Les Sybelles Ski Area ensures the availability of snow in the resort even in spite of a lack of snowfall.
The Les Sybelles Ski Area hardly has any lodging facility. There are only a few self catered apartments like the Residence Fontaine du Roi, Les Fermes de St Sorlin and others. In spite of a few drawbacks, it is the beauty of nature which oozes in Les Sybelles that attract the skiers to this ski resort.
