Wildhaus , the 1550 metres high ski resort is a municipality in Toggenburg in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland .

It is one of the major ski resorts of Switzerland and attracts skiers from all over the world every year. It boasts of 11 skiing slopes covering a total piste area of 20 kilometers. The slopes are linked with one another through a network of lifts whose numbers touch nine. Of them, six are draglifts and two are chair lifts. The remaining one is a bubble or cable car. The lifts carry the skiers from the lowest height of 1550 metres.

Apart from skiing, the visitors get a chance to experience snowshoeing, torch light descents and dog sledding at the Wildhaus Ski Resort . The resort has been given a shape to fit the needs of mainly the intermediate and the beginner skiers. However, the expert skiers can also try out a few stunts on the snow covered slopes of the ski resort . There is also a snowpark inside the resort for the enjoyment of the visitors.
