Sedrun

Sedrun is a renowned Swiss ski resort , which is in close vicinity to the source of the glorious Rhine River.

There is another resort namely Disentis which is promoted in joint venture with Sedrun. The resort is well located amidst the beautiful, awe-inspiring landscape features. There are rugged terrains of the Graubunden and deep passes of Lukmanier and Oberalp that can be viewed from the ski resort. An idyllic resort with immense natural beauty amalgamated with traditional facets is all that is required to describe Sedrun ski resort .

The nearest town to Sedrun is Chur, which is 60 kilometers away. There is a regular train service that operates from Zurich. Zurich is the closest international airport from the ski resort and is three hours away from it. Car hires from Zurich to the resort are also available.

There are total 20 runs in Sedrun ski resort with the longest run of 12 kilometers. Ungroomed and off-piste ski runs span up to 110 kilometers with 22 operational ski lifts for transferring tourists to the ski area. Cable cars, chairlifts and surface draglifts are the various types of lifts used in the resort. Ski season in Sedrun ski resort spans from December to April. The ski slopes are mainly suitable for intermediate skiers.
