Saas Fee is a mountain village in the Saastal or Saas Valley of the Visp district in Switzerland . The village is surrounded by a number of high peaks and provides scintillating natural beauty.
The Saas Fee Ski Resort has 100 kilometers of pistes and eight kilometers of cross country trails. The resort has as many as 22 ski lifts connecting its 35 slopes. Among these, there are eight cableways, one chair lift and 13 drag lifts. The ski resort has one snowpark and eight snow cannons, which guarantee snows on the skiing ground even in case of a lack of snowfall. During off season, the resort provides facilities of sauna, sports center, swimming pool, paragliding and others. The ski schools and ski hiring facilities are available inside the resort itself. There are also restaurants, bars, nightclubs and other facilities.
The Saas Fee Ski Resort offers a number of accommodation facilities including several hotels and chalets. These provide the boarders with various amenities to make their stay memorable.
