The Krvavec Ski Resort, in the foothills of the Alps is easily the best of its kind in Slovenia.
Krvavec is situated at an altitude of 1,450 to1,971 meters. Usually the ski resort is opened from the end of November to April or May. Snow is guaranteed for 100 skiing days during the ski season.
The Krvavec Ski Resort is easily accessible as it is only 10 km away from the Ljubjana's International airport . The nearest railway station is in Kranj at a distance of just 17 km from the resort.
