Mont Orford

Mont Orford , a ski resort in the province of Quebec in Canada , is among the major ski resorts of the country.

It provides world class skiing condition and facilities amid the beautiful natural settings. The ski resort provides excellent views of Mont Giroux, Mont Orford and Mont Alfred Desrochers-the three summits present inside the resort. The base of the resort is situated at an altitude of 1,000 feet while the top reaches a height of 2,800 feet.

The Mont Orford Ski Resort has 186 acres of area which are marked for skiing. This whole area is served by eight ski lifts. There is one beginner lift, one T-bar and one triple chair lift. Three double chair lifts and two quad chair lifts are also present. These ski lifts ply across the 43 ski trails of the resort. The ski resort also has the facility of snow making. The skiers can also hire skis and other equipments inside the resort. A ski school present inside the resort helps the skiers to take up a few tips from trained ski instructors before stepping on the piste.
