La Tuque

La Tuque is a major ski resort of the Quebec area in Canada on the St. Maurice River. The resort offers world class skiing condition and a number of skiing amenities to make the skiing experience there worthwhile.

It is of a height of 169 metres. The resort has a vertical drop of 166 metres. There are a number of pistes in the ski resort for the learning and practice of the skiers. These are designed accordingly to meet the needs of all the skiers-beginner, intermediate and advance.

The La Tuque Ski Resort provides the visitors and the skiers with a number of facilities. The resort is an enchanting place for the downhill skiers and Telemark skiers. The skiers can also chill themselves off at the restaurants and bars placed along the pistes. There are also snack bars and boutiques. The ski school within the resort has trained instructors who gives the skiers a few basic tips on skiing before they actually take the slopes.
