Formigal Ski Resort , situated in the heart of the Spanish Pyrenean Mountains in the region of Aragon caters specially to amateurs and intermediates.
The ski tracks at the Formigal Ski Resort extend over 57 kilometers. The ski runs are marked green, blue and red on the basis of the degree of difficulty involved in the slopes. There are four green, 13 blue and 24 red ski runs at the resort. The 22 lift systems installed at the resort have the capacity of transporting 21,000 skiers every hour. The resort has a ski school with more than 50 instructors. Parents can keep their children in the Guarderia. Dinner parties of the night skiers are served by the Restaurante Gemsbock, which is a Tryolean-Style restaurant specializing in Alpine dishes.
