Brigels

Brigels , a municipality in the Swiss district of Surselva in the Graubunden, is a popular ski resort .

It is home to the beautiful Brigels Waltensburg Andiast Ski Resort , which provides excellent skiing facilities in the enchanting settings of the Swiss Alps . Lately, the resort has gained international fame and is quite popular for its XXL-slopes. The ski resort is situated at an altitude of 1,100 metres above the sea level and its top-most point touches 2,418 metres.

The Brigels Waltensburg Andiast Ski Resort has its skiing season from the month of December to April. It provides skiing trails for beginner, intermediate as well as advance skiers. The total length of the well-prepared ski pistes is 75 kilometers. Of this, 20 kilometers is used by the beginner skiers and the intermediate skiers use 50 kilometers. The rest 5 kilometers is used by the expert skiers. The 25 slopes that the ski resort has are connected by the seven ski lifts that operate there.

The Brigels Waltensburg Andiast Ski Resort provides quite a few accommodation facilities. There are a number of hotels, boarding houses, guest house, youth hostels and apartments.
