Big White Ski Resort, popularly known as Big White , is the second largest in British Columbia of Canada. The highest point of Big White Ski Resort has a top elevation of 2,319 meters with a vertical drop of 777 meters.
The ski area covers about 2,765 acres. There are a total of 118 trails at the ski resort catering to the requirement of skiers of all categories. The runs are served by adequate lift systems capable of transferring 28,000 skiers every hour. The Black Forest sector facilitates splendid experience of skiing through the trees.

At the Big White Ski Resort, other activities like night skiing, snowmobile touring, sleigh riding and snowboarding are supported. Even the elderly and people who cannot ski can have fun in the newly introduced Sno-Limo. The Big White Ski Resort hosts cross country tours beginning from the Happy Valley Daylodge. There are also purpose built terrain parks. The ski school with the help of 100 instructors offers training to skiers of all ages and all levels.

Big White Ski Resort is easily accessible as it is just 56 kilometers southeast of Kelowna, the largest city in the Okanagan Valley. Visitors can take a flight to Kelowna's International Airport and after that a quick shuttle to reach the resort. Restaurants, cafes, bars, lounges medical clinic, grocery, liquor store and video rental cater to the needs of the tourists.
