When the ingredients have been properly blended together, it has to be strained in a metal sieve with a very fine mesh. Then the leftover quantity of milk has to be mixed with sugar. Then the sweetened milk is put on low heat with rose water added to it. It has to be retained on low heat, till it boils up. Then the boiled and blended chicken and other ingredients are added to sweetened milk and it has to be stirred together.
Then, the rest of the ingredients like the rice flour have to be added into the mixture. The thick mixture has to be boiled. Once the mixture boils, it has to be removed and spread on a dish to thicken further. The dish can be garnished with grounded cinnamon. Finally, Sidreyat Al Dajaj is ready and it has to be put in a refrigerator to cool down.
