Sabanagh Bel Lahm Al-Mafroom is indeed one of the most favorite special dishes of Saudi Arabians. It is basically a softened meat with spinich. To prepare it several ingredients are needed.
All those can be found in the local markets. The ingredients are as follows:

The method of preparing Sabanagh Bel Lahm Al-Mafroom is also quite easy. It takes less time. First clean the spinach thoroughly and thereafter chop it up. Keep it aside. Now, chop the onions properly and fry it in oil. Give some time and wait until it turns golden brown. Then the tomatoes are chopped. Onion, spices and the lemon juice are added to it. Now give around 10 minutes to cook the mixture properly. stir it occasionally.

After this the minced meat is placed in a saucepan. In it the cumin, salt, pepper and onion are added and is cooked in medium heat. With the course of time the juices extracted from the meat are absorbed. Finally the tomato and onion mixture is added with the meat. Finally use the coriander, spinach and parsley and stir it for 10 minutes until it gets cooked.
