Boil the mango juice in a pan over medium heat. Now take ½ cup of water and add half of the cornstarch in it. Add this solution to the boiling mango juice and stir it continuously until the whole solution gets thick.
Now pour this solution in a deep dish or large bowl. Add half of the mixed fruits in it. After it cools down, spread cream over it and put it in the freezer. Now boil milk in a pan. Add sugar and rose water to it. Add cornstarch solution into the boiling milk and repeat the same as done with mango juice.
Now take out the dish of creamy fruits from freezer, pour the milk solution on it and allow it to cool at room temperature for an hour. Freeze it once again. Take it out and decorate it with the remaining cream, fruits and pistachios. Mihulibeya Bel Manga is ready to serve.
