The Method of Preparation
First wash meat and cut it into big slices. Thereafter, peel and chop the onions. Then take a fry pan inside which required amount of oil should be poured. After that, heat the oil and fry those chopped onions until its color changes to golden brown.
Meat is then added with these fried onions and is stirred until it gets brown in color. Thereafter spices, tomato paste and water are added to this mixture. Wait for some time until the meat gets cooked. Finally dried limes and chili peppers are added to this mixture according to the taste. Let it boil for few minutes. The meat ultimately gets cooked and removed with the limes and peppers. Keep it aside.
Add macaroni to the stock and give it time to be cooked. Add meat, limes and peppers to it. Give low heat to finish the preparation procedure. Water may be added if necessary. Thereafter meat, peppers and limes are removed. Finally comes the time to serve. Serve those macaroni in a dish and garnish it with meat, peppers and limes. It is always advisable to serve the Macarona Bel-Lahm wa Al Tamatum hot.
