Koazy Al Macarona



Koazy Al-Macarona is a very famous non-vegetarian cuisine of Saudi Arabia. One can taste this mouth-watering dish in any of the major eating outlets in the Middle East region. The recipe of the delicious cuisine is very easy.
Ingredients of Koazy Al-Macarona
  • ½ lb. Beef (minced)
  • 2 chickens
  • 6 potatoes
  • 3 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tablespoon corn oil
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • ½ cup yogurt
  • 1 packet spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • ½ cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for frying
Method of preparing Koazy Al-Macarona
First, cut the chicken into four parts and wash them properly. Then heat oil in a pan and fry chicken in it for 5 minutes. Now add yogurt, half of all the spices, and the tomato puree made earlier, over the fried chicken and cook the mixture for some time.

Now take another pan and put the minced meat in it. Add onion and half a tablespoon of cumin, salt, and pepper to it. Mix properly and cook. Now prepare some French fries. Break the spaghetti in medium size pieces and boil in water. Strain them after they are cooked.

Arrange the spaghetti in a serving dish. Put the chicken on its top and pour the sauce. Decorate it with meat, potatoes and eggs. Spread some parsley and Koazy Al-Macarona is ready to serve.
