- Ground beef or lamb
- Yogurt
- Parsley or dill
- Ground cumin
- Corn oil

The procedure followed is also quite easy. First peel the onion and grate it finely. Thereafter add meat, salt, pepper and the parsley to it. Salt and pepper should be added according to the taste. All those ingredients should be mixed properly and is given the shape of small balls.
This is not all. After this oil is poured in a pan and is given heat. Add the kebab balls and keep it in a low heat. The pan is then covered and left for 15 minutes until the juices extracted from the meat gets absorbed. Finally the yogurt is mixed with the salt and pepper. Now it is ready to eat. First place the kebabs on dish. You may garnish it. Pour the yogurt over the kebabs and serve it hot.
