Ingredients of Hasaa Al-Khodar

First chop all the vegetables into medium size pieces. Now wash the chicken properly. Take a saucepan and place the chicken in it. Fill it with as much water as it is needed to cover the chicken. Allow the mixture to boil. Remove the froth when it appears on the surface of water. Now add salt and spices to it. After the meat is cooked, add macaroni and vegetables to it. Now boil the mixture until it is properly cooked.
Pour out into small bowls. Hasaa Al-Khodar is ready to serve.
While preparing Hasaa Al-Khodar, if one is using chicken, then it can be removed from the soup during cooking. Rather one can fry it and serve it with the soup.
