Method of Preparation
First wash the meat and pour it into a saucepan with required amount of water. It should be kept in mind that the water level must cover the chicken. Cook it in high heat and wait until it gets cooked. Thereafter, add the chili pepper and salt. Then the tomatoes are to be smashed or grated. After that those smashed tomatoes are to be added with the cooked meat. The vermicelli is then divided into small pieces and is placed in a pan. Boil the meat until it becomes soft. Finally, the spices are removed. Now Ha-saa Al-She's ereyah is ready to be served.
