Democratic Confederation of San Marino Workers is one of the mot important trade unions in San Marino. It is also the national trade union center in this European country.
The trade union was established on 12th November in the year 1957. The most important thing about this trade union is that it is affiliated to the International Trade Union Confederation. The main office of the trade union is located at Domagnano in San Marino.
Democratic Confederation of San Marino Workers has four federations of workers as well as some help for pensioners through the Pensioners' Federations. They are as follows:

The main aim, with which this trade union was established, had its root laid in Roman Catholic traditions. Democracy and pluralism are two main guiding principles of the Democratic Confederation of San Marino Workers. The first struggle of this trade union was for a group of farm laborers in San Marino. This was just the beginning. The trade union had several achievements to its name after that.
Democratic Confederation of San Marino Workers has hosted several meetings and seminars in the country since its inception. The trade union tries its best to cater to the various demands of the workers and laborers. There have been many amendments that have been brought about in the policies of the trade union from time to time.
