Montegiardino

Montegiardino is the smallest city of San Marino. It is also the least populated city of San Marino. Montegiardino city was added to the Republic of San Marino in the 1463 during the last territorial expansion of San Marino. This city borders the cities of San Marino like Fiorentino and Faetano and the Italian towns of Monte Grimano and Sassofeltrio. The latitude and longitude of the place is 43° 54'32'' N and 12° 29' 04''E.

Montegiardino has a significant place in the history because existence of the place dates back to the pre Roman period.
