Located in Central Africa, Rwanda is a landlocked country. It covers a population of about 9,907,509. The
Rwanda People are still lagging behind from the people of the other countries in many respects. The Rwanda people suffer mostly from deadly diseases like Aids, HIV positive and from many other respiratory diseases. The higher mortality rates in adults are due to Aids.
Rwandan people suffer from scarcity of water and shortage food supply is a perennial problem for the small rural country, Rwanda.
It is supposed to be the densely populated country in the whole Africa. The people of Rwanda use Kinyarwanda language as their mode of communication. The French, English and Swahili are the main official languages of the
people of Rwanda. The Bantu vernacular is also spoken by the
Rwandan people. The
Rwandan people take rice, noodles, sweet potatoes, beans, peas as their main course food.
In the year 1994, 6th April, the genocide took place in Rwanda. Due to the massive killing the Rwandan population decreased to a great extent. The population of Rwanda has various ethnic groups like Roman Catholic, Protestant, Muslim, Adventists.
