The Russian Gymnastics Federation and the International Gymnastics Support Foundation are the two organizations in the country that are dedicated for the growth and development of gymnastics. The Russian Gymnastics Federation is affiliated by the Russian Olympic Committee in Moscow in Russia. The Federation is a member of the European Gymnastic Federation at Lausanne in Switzerland and the
International Gymnastics Federation at Moutier in Switzerland.
The International Gymnastics Support Foundation was established by the Olympic champions Lilya Podkopayeva, Igor Korobchinsky and Grigory Misutin. The main aim of the Federation was to help young sportsmen and to inform people about gymnastics.
