Verkhoyansk Range is a chain of mountain. It is around 970 kilometers in length and is standing in the eastern part of Siberia. It is said that the Central Siberian Plateau, Russia is marked by this mountain range.
It deposits a lot of things including lead, zinc, silver, coal and so on. The temperature is quite low in this area. Thus the people staying over here suffer from extreme cold. Verkhoyansk Range forms an extended curve between the Yana River in the east and the Lena and river Aden in the west. The southern part of this range of Verkhoyansk is around 2,480 meters in height.
