Oceania had a new team in the 1991 Rugby World Cup . The countries that represented Oceania were Australia, Fiji, New Zealand and Western Samoa. The largest participation came from the European continent as rugby is one of the most loved games in the European continent. The countries from Europe were England, France, Ireland, Italy, Romania, Scotland and Wales. The final game was played between Australia and England at Twickenham in London.
