Types of Tickets

The Rugby World Cup 2007 tickets are of different types. There are mainly two types of rugby tickets available. One is pack and the other is unit or individual. The pack known as Pack Equipe has two sections such as team pack (Pack Equipe) and venue pack (Pack Ville).

The team pack gives the spectators the opportunity to choose any of the teams playing the rugby match and is allowed to watch all the rugby matches played by this particular team rugby. The venue pack offers the spectator to view all the matches played in a selected venue. The Pack Equipe also refunds the expenses spent by the spectator if his favorite team is eliminated from the quarterfinal or semifinal rugby matches. Pack Equipe, that include Team Packs and City Packs are available in four price categories at Rugby World Cup venues .

Most of the tickets sold are for individual seats. Individual tickets allow entry only to a single specific match.

A unit ticket enables the ticket buyer to view a single selected match. The order of the tickets can be made through Internet, telephone and agencies General Company. The Pack Equipe are available in the first phase of rugby world cup ticket sale and individual tickets will be available only at the time of the third phase of sale. The individual rugby tickets for the semifinals and final matches will be put on sale in the second quarter of 2007. There are also tickets for those with reduced mobility.
