All the tickets from one pack that includes the knockout stages will be in the same seat category chosen when placing the order. If the chosen team is eliminated in the pool stages and is not qualified for the quarterfinal or semi-final rugby matches, it has the facility to refund the amount including administrative costs and reservation costs spend to view these matches.
The packs that have been put to sale from November 5th 2005 to registered members of European national Rugby Unions and from April 2006 to the general public can be booked through Internet, telephone, Société Générale agencies and other ticket kiosks.
