Other than football, rugby is the only other full-contact team game. The game originated in England in the 19 th century and since then it has been played across many countries in the world.
The game is played at various levels: from the county level to the international level. Since 1987, there is a Rugby World Cup in place where 20 national sides compete for the Cup. Besides this, there are Six Nations tournaments, Tri-Nation tournaments and bilateral ties. This game is particularly famous in the regions where England used to rule.
