Andy Ward

Andy Ward is a former Irish rugby union international who used to play for the team in the late 90s and in the beginning years of the new millennium. He is regarded by many as one of the best players of his time in Irish rugby. He was born on the 8th of September in the year 1970 in New Zealand. However, he initialized fulfilling his childhood dream of making it big in the world of when he appeared for Ireland in a match against France in 1998. He has also played in club rugby for Ulster. This rugby player played as a flanker in the team.

Andy Ward played for the Irish national rugby union team from 1998 to 2001. He has as many as 28 international caps under his belt. He has played for Ireland against a number of countries like England, France, South Africa and others. This six feet three inch player has also been the player-coach of the Belfast Harlequins. Andy Ward is still in touch with the game of rugby and is able to handle the game with perfection.
