Alun Jones or Alun-Wyn Jones is one of the most talented players in the current Welsh National Rugby Union team. He has reached the international stage after a successful stint at the international Under-21 level. He originally plays in the position of a blindside flanker. However, he also has the capability of playing in the second row and has already showed his talent of playing there. However, he excelled himself in the Six Nations matches for Wales playing as a lock.

This six feet five inches tall Welsh player plays for Swansea at the club level and for Ospreys in regional matches. He has ten international caps under his belt.
