Adam Jones is regarded as one of the most talented
rugby union players of recent times. He was born on the 8th of March in the year 1981 and showed his talent in rugby from quite an early age. Jones is of Welsh origin and harbored a dream of playing for his country’s senior rugby union team from the time he started playing rugby. His dream was fulfilled when he attained first full caps in the Six Nations championship in 2003. He played as a replacement against both England as well as Scotland. However, his international career had started at an earlier stage when he had played even as a captain in the
Wales Under-19 team.
Adam Jones played in the Magners League for the Ospreys. He has changed several teams over the years and in June 2007 joined the Newport Gwent Dragons from Llanelli Scarlets.
