The town of Deta
is located within the Timis County in Banat, in western Romania. The town of Deta covers an area of 33.81 square kilometers and the density of population here is 189 people per square kilometer.

There are few airports, which are located close to the town of Deta in the Timis County. These are Vrsac, Kovin, Arw Arad, Tsr Traian Vuia.
