Snow and frosts are a common phenomenon of the Irish Climate. The winter even experiences temperature below zero degree during the day time. But that's for a very short period. The river and lakes all remains frozen throughout the winter.
The Weather of Ireland during summer is very pleasing. The days are sunny with winds and a sky dotted with gentle fluffy clouds. Light rainfall is seen occasionally during the warm months. The months July and August are very humid and often thunder storms with lightning are observed. During this time the temperature varies between 15ºC to 30ºC.
The coastal regions do not experience much difference between winter months and summer months. A much more consistent climate is seen here than the World Weather .
