Seasons of Finland

• Winter: The winter at Finland begins from the mid-October in the city of Lapland. For the rest of the country its early November when the air starts chilling. The temperature reaches even below 0°C at some places.
• Spring: Wind starts getting a little warmer from the early April. The temperature remains between 0°C to 10°C during the spring. The snow starts melting within 2 to 3 weeks.
• Summer: The summers are very pleasant in some areas. The temperature usually remains above 10°C. Summer starts from late May and continues till mid-September. The days become longer and highest temperature can rise up to 32°C to 35°C.

Autumn: During this time of the year the temperature usually remains below 10°C. By the end of August autumn begins in the northern Finland and in southwestern autumn begins a nearly month later.
