Weather in North America
Weather America in the Northern part of the country is characterized by different types of weather conditions. For example, places such as North Canada and north Alaska experiences tundra type of climate while places situated in the interior parts of the country are subjected to almost dessert like weather.
Weather in South America
South America illustrates different weather pattern in different parts of it. The weather conditions prevailing over South America is so varied that in some places such as Northern Chile, dry, dessert like conditions prevail while heavy rain takes along the southwestern coastline. During the summer months, temperature in Gran Chaco increases to 110ºC. In the Southern part of America, December to March is the summer period while winter season lasts from June to September. Heavy precipitation occurs in South America.
Weather in Central America
Places situated in the central part o America such as Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica experiences typical tropical type of weather which is very hot and humid.
