Photosharing is exchange of digital photos through internet. The first Photosharing site emerged in mid 90’s and within a decade there are a large number of them. Photosharing can also include sharing of video clips along with the still ones. This privilege is available through websites or applications that render the upload and display of images.

A customer can upload his/her digital photos to websites like Image Station, Kodak Easy Share Gallery or Shutterfly and order prints instead of printing at home which is expensive as well as time consuming.
Most of the Photosharing sites allow you to present your photos in a slide show form. Apart from personal computers Photosharing can be done by wireless cameras either directly or via Short Messaging Service.
