Flashes
Flashes in photography are used for various reasons like capturing quick moving objects or creating a different shade of light than the ambient light. However,the primary reason for using a flash is to illuminate scenes that do not have adequate light. Having evolved from single use flash bulbs and flammable powders,flash units today are electronic.
In the simple and basic cameras flashes are built directly into the camera but in more advanced and hi- tech Cameras separate flashes can be attached via available accessories.
