NTT Decomo

NTT or Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation worked once as a monopoly public corporation. It was owned by the Government of Japan. But in 1985 with an aim to boost up competition in the telecommunication market, NTT was privatized. The Japanese Government still is a shareholder of NTT by nearly 33%. NTT regulates on the NTT Law. Of the other Japan Telephone Operating Companies , NTT is the dominant one.
