Endiama

Endiama, the National Diamonds Company of Angola is a public funded, state and capitalist form of company established in 1981. The company was initially funded with 667.897.000, 00 Kwanzas to operate as the national dispensation of the mining privileges in the diamonds realm.

Endiama headquartered at Major Kanhangulo Street, Luanda, the Angolan capital has broadened its activity to business sectors that go beyond diamondiferous mining.

The significant members of the administration council of the company include Noé Baltazar as the Chairman and Director General, Álvaro Arnaldo Craveiro as the Administrator for Administration and Finances and Domingos Campos as the Residing Administrator.

The company concentrates into prospecting, research and recognition of mineral resources diamonds in particular. The company operated for 167 projects with highlight to Muanga, Alto Cuilo, Dala, Nhefo, Lunda-Nordeste, Cacuala and Gango and has 20 production projects in mining out of which 14 are operational.

The related organizations of the company include Sociedade de Desenvolvimento Mineiro de Angola, S.A.R.L. that has provided the ownership of 50% shares to the Endiama, Angola. Endiama also owns 32.8% share of Sociedade Mineira de Catoca, Luanda, Angola, owns 20% share of Sociedade Mineira do Angola, LDA, Angola and have invested in 35% share of Sociedade Minera do Chitotolo, LDA - Luanda, Angola. The Company is also a shareholder of Government of Angola, Angola.
