Yahoo Browsers
Yahoo Browsers are Trident Based Web Browsers which are very new to the market of web browsers. Trident or MSHTML is a layout engine that was made especially for the Microsoft Windows version of Internet Explorer. Microsoft has changed the Trident layout engine purposely meet with the standards of up to World Wide Web. The Yahoo browsers are of 3 different types: The Verizon Yahoo Browser, the At& T Yahoo Browser and the BT Yahoo! Browser.
The Verizon Yahoo Browser window has 3 main divisions:
The main controls at the top and bottom of the window, including:
Toolbar: You can click on to an adjustable row of buttons to approach your preferred websites and Internet services.
Address field: This displays the URL of the current web page and helps you enter another URL to display some other page.
Title bar: This displays the browser name and the name of the web page you are logged into.
Menu bar: The command menus and options take the actions in the Browser.
Search unit: This gives you the freedom to search the Internet quite easily without having to approach a search engine web page.
Tab bar: This is a row of one or more browser tabs. All of them display web pages.
Status bar: This appears at the bottom of the Browser window. It displays information regarding the web page you are currently viewing. The Status bar usually remains blank.
2. The Sidebar: This is to give you entry to the Verizon Yahoo! services while you browse through the websites. It might appear on either side of the window page.
3. The web page content area : This zone shows the contents of the web page you are viewing.
Of the 3 Yahoo Browsers, the Verizon Yahoo Browser has gained a considerable popularity.
