Oregano

Oregano is a web browser which is used for RISC operating system computers for commercial purposes. Oregano is derived from the original Oregano Media Browser, whose developer was Oregano Networks Ltd. It is used for game consoles, Internet Protocol set top boxes and other consumer electronic devices and it falls under the group of other browsers.

Versions of Oregano
  • Its first version was released in 2000 and its original publisher was Castle Technology Ltd.
  • The second version, Oregano 2 has a different publisher and distributer, which is GeneSys Developments Ltd.
  • Oregano 3 was discarded on 23.04.2007, even after a lot of planning. It would have supported CSS-2, HTML 4.01, DOM-2, Flash 6.0, JavaScript 1.5 and XHTML 1.0.
