iRider

iRider is a type of Internet Explorer Shells which are nothing but an alternate user interface for web browsers. Of late iRider has gained much popularity with in America where it has been hailed as one of he most elegant Internet Explorer shells.

Here are some significant features of iRider:

•  iRider dose not support the use of Google search platform and any such other search engines. However, incorporation of a convenient search toolbar is in the pipeline. The Google search

bar might also get included.

•  Version 5.3.5 of Roboform supports iRider.

•  iRider allows you to download bookmarks from Netscape, Opera and Mozilla.

•  All Active X controls are supported y iRider IE shell. The contents on the web page include RealPlayer, Quicktime,Windows Media, Flash and much more. It would not support Internet Explorer toolbar plug-ins or Netscape/Mozilla plug-ins in the past, bu in the near future, such problems would not exist. iRider is working at it.

•  iRider supports the use of Java, Vb Script, Javascript and some other computer languages.

E-mails can be view through iRider though not directly. For this you have to first choose iRider as th default browser. Then click on the concerned URL of the e-mail to view the mail. There are some other methods as well.
