  • HTTPS: SSL Protocol versions 2.0 and 3.0. X.509.v3 server certificates
  • FTP: Charon supports retrieval of plain text files only, directory listings are not generated,
  • HTML, Java Script , Encodings such as US_ASCII, ISO_8859_1, UTF_8, Unicode, Images GIF87a and GIF89a, JPEG, X Bitmap, Inferno BIT image(6) format.
