 Institute for Women’s Health
IHW or Institute for Women’s Health was established in 1993, at TWU-Denton campus. Formerly it was known as the center for research on Women’s health. This organization has always tried to find out the economical methods of treatment for women and girls.
The IHW has joined the college of Health Sciences in 2003, and since then it has been the most useful resource of education and research for TWU’s Health Profession Programs.
The motto of IHW is to care for the mental and physical well-being of the Texas women. Few organizations with a similar aspiration have entered into counterfeit partnership with IHW. These organizations are as follows.
