 General Health
The efficiency of the living organism to resist deficiencies, responding to stressors and sustaining a state of balance and well being is defined as Health. By definition, it is the metabolic efficiency of an organism at both the cellular and social levels.
It not deals with physical well being, i.e. mere absence of diseases, but also concerned with mental and social welfare. There are four determinant of health:
- Human biology
- Environment
- Lifestyle
- Healthcare organization
Life can be made socially and economically productive, not only through science and medicine, but can also be improved by individual effort. Physical fitness, weight loss, a healthy diet, stress management training and stopping smoking contribute substantially to a healthy state of a body. Sometimes work place is also conducive in determining the state of human body conditions.

Exercise: Beneficial to develop or maintain physical fitness and overall health; frequent and regular physical exercise helps to prevent some of the diseases of affluence such as cancer, heart disease, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, obesity, back pain, etc.
Proper Nutrition: Provided by safe, evidence-based and accurate dietary advice and interventions.
Mental health: Involves human individual's emotional and psychological well-being.
