The institute of English Studies, University of London is a part of School of Advanced Studies. It has Research centre called ''Centre for Manuscript and Print Studies.'' It conducts a great number of seminars and international conference and is also involved with many inter-disciplinary and inter-institutional studies within the School of Advanced Studies.
COURSES OFFERED:
The institute offers only two postgraduate programs called M.A in the History of the Book [HoB] and M.A in National and International Literature in English [NILE].
It also has a MPhil and PhD program. Senior Research Fellows and Visiting Fellows are the two fellowships at the Institute. They contribute to the advancement of English language and literature through the National Research Training Scheme.
