The University of Chichester was founded as early as in 1839. But then the name of this body was �Bishop Otter's School for Training Masters�.It was only after it gained the degree awarding power in 1999, that the title was changed to Chichester University. Situated at College Lane in Chichester,it has two campuses - Chichester Campus and Bognor Regis Campus.
